I worked with Jade for a month or more and she was very helpful. I would sometimes contact her off hours and she would still get back to me. She also gives a lot of advice when needed. Would recommend Benjamin was my real estate agent and he helped me set up notifications for all housing listings that matched my preferences. He also showed the ones to me that I were interested in and I didn't have to wait for open house scheduling. He was very helpful with what I should be wary of during the visits

Let me get something VERY clear. Jade Chu is not only pretty, she is smart, fantastic, and a SHARK in the business. If you want a home, she will make it happen.
