Dr. Shah and his team are great. Dr. Shah was able to improve my vision to 20/20 and I have had no issues. I would recommend him to anyone!!
Reception was not nice, she asked for copay and I told her we already meet our deductible and out of pocket and we supposed to not pay (everything paid by insurance) but she didn’t believe me . I am glad finally manager came and when I explained to her she showed the receptionist how to handle the situation. Everything showed on her screen but she didn’t know or maybe didn’t trained properly.
I appreciate Dr. Shah’s expertise. Dr. Shah and his staff are very courteous, efficient and kind people.
Dr Shah is very patient. He is very personable and explains all aspects of my condition.
