I met with Dr. Desai on March 18 and immediately began a daily IV treatment the next 10 days for a resistant strain of pneumonia. The staff were helpful during my daily visits. After the treatments, the problems of followup occurred. From the desk to the "office manager", my attempts to receive the record of my treatments directly PLUS to forward the report of treatments to my general practitioner failed.
