AMAZING ! Helped transport my moms 2 pit bulls to mexico when others failed!! Was kept in the loop with every step! Dave and Bess were amazing. They provided transportation from home to the hotel to the airport. (And examined by their vet) They are a 1 stop shop!! Can’t say better things!

I've brought my senior dog here plenty of times and have always had a great experience! They always remember Ruthie and are very sweet with her, and they are sure to match her with the right play buddies. Drop off and pick up are always a breeze. One time she had a medical issue during her stay and a vet looked at her for no charge, which was very sweet. Looking forward to many more stays here!

My pup has been a regular at VIPs since he was a puppy and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at ease with any other day care! My little guy Norman is so excited when he’s picked up in the morning and he comes home so happy every day. Ive been fortunate enough to meet most of the employees at VIP and can honestly say that they care about the well being and happiness of every pup they meet. I love VIPS! I recommended their services to everyone.

Really great pet boarding place that took in our very skittish red heeler for a 2-week stay. Great, reassuring, friendly, calm, and professional staff. Everyone here knows what they're doing, and the facility is top-notch. Please consider boarding your pet here for long stays, as they're THE BEST pet hotel here in Chicago! 13/10, highly recommend!
