This nail salon has really gone downhill since Hailey left. Every time I book an appointment, there’s always some kind of issue. I’ve had appointments canceled just 2–3 hours beforehand with no explanation, and when I book with a specific nail tech, they try to switch me to someone else entirely. On top of that, the gel polish starts chipping the very next day — completely unacceptable for the price. The lack of professionalism is disappointing, and I won’t be returning. Hopefully they make some serious changes soon.
Amy always does such a great job! She introduced me to gel nails because the acrylic ones were destroying my natural nails, and I have yet to be disappointed! It's a quicker visit plus more durable product (I'm really tough on my hands/nails). She always does a fantastic job and exactly what I ask for, and it's a very reasonable price for a superior product.
