I would say this is the best auto repair experience I've ever had. They're super honest & trust-worthy which is not always the case in this business. Not to mention, they were very communicative, timely & organized. Donna at the front desk was my favorite :) but they're great people & great mechanics. You can tell they care about their customers. Bought our 3 yr old Toyota Avalon 2015 through Viper and have been very pleased these last 7 years.
This is an update to my review from below. The tally on cars purchased from Vipre is now up to nine (seven for my wife and me, two for our daughter) since our first back in 1999. In addition, we have recommended Vipre to friends and family; they have bought another 10 or so. Everyone of them have told us that Shamit is "wonderful" or "the best" or "just a joy to work with".
