Very polite and understanding Explained everything clearly and took time to hear my concerns. Thank you I really appreciate it. From the checking in at front desk I felt welcomed and appreciated, Nurse was very sweet and showed a lot of compassion. This team was the most supportive team.
We got there 15 minutes before close and they took us right away. They took their time with us and were very friendly. They definitely went out of the way for a sprained ankle.!
Dr. Vipond made us feel very comfortable. She sat and talked with us and gave suggestions. She didn't seem judgemental or rude, just a nice person with a great personality. I wish we would have had her when our children were babies.
