Excellent customer service! Needed a replacement part for a motorized recliner. They took the time to help and confirmed my decision to choose them.
Exceptional customer service. I had the bunk bed motor go out on me over the weekend while I'm traveling. They were super responsive by email even though they were closed and took a few extra steps to make sure I received the replacements without messing up my road schedule.
