Amazing customer service! I had AMAZING service from Steve during my initial visit; he truly listened to my needs and did not try to oversell. Unfortunately, I experienced a manufacture defect with the unit I purchased. No need to worry. Kevin (the manager) ensured replacement of the unit and was kind enough to recommend a low-cost replacement (at my request) to tide me over until the next delivery arrived. I spent $80.00 purchasing a vaping system from Viper Vapor literally 28 days ago, and the chimney separated from the tank in a way that it never should have. Not only do they not even carry the replacement parts to fix it, but have no warranty on this, and will not let me return it. Literally, all I needed was a new tank, and rather than replace my tank, they would rather lose my business. You should consider this before you buy something from this establishment.
