My personal experience was bad. Prior to driving down, I had emailed and called several times as it's about an hour drive away from me, with ZERO responses. I finally drove down to see if by chance they had what I wanted on the lot, they didn't. So, I was told to email my request so they could prepare a quote, it's been a week with no response even after asking for status of the quote. I opened the door to the main office and the smell of dog pee and poop was overwhelming. Piles of pee and poop all over the floor and the lady in the office puffing on her vape pen filling the air. Turned around and walked out. Absolutely disgusting place! Highly recommend not visiting this place!
The owner Dennis is a great guy. I had a small rare defect in my trailer outside of the warranty window and he took care of it without any question. He is super knowledgeable and will answer all of your trailer / towing questions. The price and quality of the trailers at Viper World are great. It’s well worth the drive from St. Louis. Anyone reading comments about rude interactions just make sure you talk to the owner Dennis, he is a stand up guy.
