Viper Garage Door Repair, Inc. has the best customer service I have ever had. Our garage door was off track due to broken cable and the door also needed some thorough maintenance. The specialist gave the best pricing only took a few hours to complete and hauled of the old stuff away. All my questions were answered and I was very satisfied. Top notch!!
I called Viper Garage Door Repair, Inc. because my garage door wouldn't close. The specialist walked me through completely resetting my garage door lift. If I have any more trouble. I am not going to delay to use this again because of their exceptional service!!
These guys came out to do some repair work on our garage door. They were very polite and prompt.They did an excellent job on our door and we were very impressed.They were very professional and knowledgeable.They also took their time to clean up after they were done. I will highly recommend them.
Johnson responded to my email within minutes and was here the following morning to fix the problem. He adjusted, lubricated and fixed a few additional little issues that I did not see. Prompt service, great prices and workmanship and didn't try to charge me for items I didn't need. I will definitely be recommending and using him again.
