Dr. Amy is the best, she is patient and kind, and really takes the time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. She is the kind of doctor that makes you realize that there are still some great doctors out there. I always look forward to my appts, because of her. That is why I continue to be a patient at this location.
I want to thank Dr. Nathan Henry for the excellent care he has provided for my 84-year-old mother. He went above and beyond, personally calling to check on her when her blood pressure was dangerously high. His compassion and dedication truly show how much he cares about his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Henry!
Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This practice used to be great but since the buyout to VIPCare the level of care has gone down. Plus trying to lodge a complaint for any reason is impossible. The company never reaches back out. I’ve had an issue over my last visits around incorrect/fraudulent billing and it’s been impossible to reach the appropriate individuals. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a regional manager/VP to get back to me.
