I love Dr LeClair but her front staff are worthless. Almost every time from day 1 they have screwed up, first I’m a new patient, I show up for appointment on time only to be told oh you will need to reschedule due to we forgot to send out paperwork. Then 2 appointments later I come in, oh we need to reschedule due to Dr not in. No phone call or message from them letting me know Sr was out. If I didn’t find Dr LeClair such a good doctor I would not go back!

No hope, had appt. today, did all the prelim work, blood tests they ordered and mailed me the forms. Transfer from their offices in The Villages, FL, existing clients, have records, been there, all info is the same except location. Have had appts. for months, have visited the VB location and given them info they requested. Wife and I travelled to Vero for our appointments this AM, got there, no appts., "they called us to cancel" and don't take our insurance they say. If a problem call someone tomorrow... They never cancelled... read more

The worst service I've ever had. I called a week ago for an appointment. The first caller said someone would call me back within an hour , thiswasat 9:30 am. I called again at 3:30 pm the same day. The operator said we don't schedule appointments for 24 to 48 hours after you call us with your information. She was very rude too. A week later and no phone call to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time. This place stinks
