Beware of this company! The doctors seems good but the worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. They demand you use only providers within their office group. Getting. Referrals is next to impossible. Paper work weeks old then blame you for EVERY issue!! Office manger is either under trained or incompetent.
I walked in this morning for an appointment and was not acknowledge. I asked if I my mom needed to get check in or if Josie needed anything and she said NO. I sat there for 35 min and waited to get called back. Josie went to the back for a good 25min and when she returned back, she asked why are you here today? Why wait 35min to tell me we do not have an appointment. I really dislike this office. I would not recommend this office to no one.
My 90 year old mom had been looking for a new doctor as her original one was not very good. We were very pleased to find Saludvip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctors were wonderful. I liked that they took the time we needed during the examination and to answer all our questions so did not feel rushed at all as we had with her other doctor.

They let their doctors sexually harass you and when you report it they drop you as a patient. If you care about your healthcare and safety go anywhere else

Terrible Doctor very irresponsible I will never recommend Doctor Frederiks she don't care about her patients the in the way a good doctor should. On June 2015 I moved from Upstate NY to Florida and on a recommendation from a friend on July of that year me and my wife started going to Doctor Frederiks office.
