I am a patient at VIP healthcare. When Dr Harpold was there this was a five star plus office. Today its a 0 star office Whether its a prescription refill of health care authorization, they can't do anything without several calls from the patient. Recently why my pharmacy sent a request for a maintenance drug refill , VIP care failed to respond to 3 request, it wasn't until after I called did something get done. I became a new patient in 1/26. First visit with Dr. Kidd was on 2/3, during that visit, we reviewed my medical background, and I let her know I needed a referral for a rheumatologist since i have RA for 34 years. I also req a referral to cardiologist since I had a heart attack and have been seeing a cardiologist ever since. mala experiencia, gente descortez, sin personal, solo atiende dra. ortiz a pocas personas, y la mayoria de veces atiende un señor enfermero, no lo recomiendo
Bad experience, rude people, no staff only Dr. Ortiz sees a few people and most of the time a male nurse attends I don’t recommend it.
Nurse Miss Marlin is the best, she gets right on your questions or needs and gets the answer to you so fast. She is a dedicated Nurse for sure . So polite and worries about you and makes you fell like they really care there. A very comfortable atmosphere they provide at Salud VIP in Port St Lucie. I am happy I found the wonderful caring Dr. Colon and her staff. I do not even get nervous going there, its like a like a friendly trip to the market. Thank you Salud VIP and your terrific staff. called two days and no call back from the doctor. So, I called again, and receptionist put me on hold and doctor still wouldn't talk to me. relayed message back to her. I guess she forgot their mission, or she thinks I'm not important.
As soon as I walked into the front lobby, I was absolutely hrilled! Willy and Claudia were incredibly helpful, and the staff at Salud VIP is truly top-notch. Dr. U is absolutely amazing and such an incredible doctor. He spent so much time asking questions and giving me a thorough checkup. I feel so lucky to have found such a fantastic doctor and his wonderful staff!
