Dr. Ortiz is a good man and keeps his advice on the conservative side.
If you go there you never will know who you see. Doctors come and go. Dr. Kevin Smith is no longer there and I was never told.Their communication is terrible. Have been going there for 5 years. I'm done.
I was very pleased with my first visit there. Very very through. That was in December. There's signs posted all over the office to call them first for Urgent care. I've been sick with stuffy and runny nose, a cough and some flare up of my asthma for over 2 weeks. Refused to help me until I went to a pharmacy or Urgent care (which remember, all the signs in the office say call them FIRST for Urgent Care) and get a Covid test.
