I was very pleased with my first visit there. Very very through. That was in December. There's signs posted all over the office to call them first for Urgent care. I've been sick with stuffy and runny nose, a cough and some flare up of my asthma for over 2 weeks. Refused to help me until I went to a pharmacy or Urgent care (which remember, all the signs in the office say call them FIRST for Urgent Care) and get a Covid test. VIP care on 1931 Tamiani trail in Port Charlotte , FL provides outstanding customer service. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating.
I find Dr Kevin Smith to be very professional.Becky is also wonderful as is most of the support staff.Unfortunatly, dealing with Pat, on the phone proved to be difficult,as she seems to have no customer relations skills.Very disappointing.
