Had an absolutely pleasant experience at the VIPcare Parrish location. It was clean and most of all QUIET. The front desk receptionist was simply amazing. The intake nurse was pleasant. Dr Campbell was awesome. So glad we found them!! Look forward to continuing care with them
This practice has good reviews overall, but my experience was very disappointing due to Dr. Campbell, who is new there. From the very first visit, her attitude was unwelcoming. She essentially told my grandmother, “If you don’t like it here, find another doctor.” My grandmother was having a clear adverse reaction to Jardiance. Her symptoms became significantly worse while taking the medication and improved after she stopped it. The new doctor, Dr. Campbell is wonderful and thorough. Her staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Lovely office!
March 13, 2026 was my first day with Dr. Campbell, the "NEW" Doctor after my previous Dr. moved. I was a little concerned as she had big shoes to fill. Dr. Campbell is Fantastic! I'm SO happy they were able to find another Doctor with the same work ethic and compassion as Dr. Pedroza. The whole office staff is welcoming and from the moment you walk in you know you're in good hands. Feeling confident in your Doctor is such a Blessing!
If you are a retired military veteran, VIPcare Parrish will not cover you if you have Medical and Tricare for Life. The first time I called they hung up on me. The second time I called they told me my healthcare insurance which covers 100% is not accepted.
