Declined to see me being a cash paying customer. Obviously you can make more money as a business upcharging insurance companies rather than working for the customer. Sad Selfish World we live in when it’s all about Insurance especially when your a medical business
If I could give this Doctors office zero stars it would be! After telling them multiple times I do not want to be a patient there that I had found a different doctor that would fit my needs. I have never ever stepped foot or been seen in that office or been to any VIP Care location. They continue to call me to setup appointments even have went as far as ordering labs for me. They were told to stop all contact with me in March 2025 and last week I get an order for labs. Something is clearly going on in that office!!
Dr V. Gorderro is a excellent Dr. She listens and explains everything to you. Nicole is an amazing MA. Samantha and Kristina are wonderful clerks. These three ladies are extraordinarily great at what they do. They explains things clearly, and do everything to insure your needs are met and you are happy with your visit. I wish more Dr's offices were like this one. Thank you, T. Miller
I walked in and I told him that I was looking for a lifetime doctor and he said you found one it was my first appointment there was an hour she looked at me he listen to me she made me feel as if I had found my place and you know what I did it's great dr. Dr. Espinosa and his assistant Ariana our great pair they work as if they've been in there for years perhaps they have if you're deciding whether to go or not go it'll be a great experience
