I had my first new patient check-ip on May 15. Everyone (Charlin, Pauline, NP Elizabeth Del Castillo) was SUPER friendly, courteous, and professional in their jobs. I'm glad to have VIPcare as my health-care provider. I forgot to add Haydee who work on my health-care exam. Hayden is MARVELOUS at her job.
Dr Veronica Machado is very detailed and gives quality time to her patient Her staff is Amazing, Charlene is always so sweet and always willing to help
Appointments given in 2 months. It is ridiculous. People need to go to ER if there is pain or urgent conditions involve.

I am sharing a deeply troubling experience my elderly mother had with the staff at this clinic, specifically before her appointment with APRN Alejandro Sierra-Ocampo. The compassionate care your organization claims to provide was notably absent. My 70-year-old mother, who has multiple chronic illnesses, was abruptly and rudely denied her usual practice of having a trusted family member accompany her.
