My father was scheduled for a procedure in an hour, but pre-authorization paperwork had not made it to his primary doctor’s office yet. Selina Moore, office manager at the primary doctor’s office, stopped her busy day to get the pre-auth for him and then told me step-by-step what to do from there. It all worked and he was able to have his urgent procedure! I cannot thank Selina enough. She took extra efforts to care for my dad and myself.
Best part of this place is Selina and Aracne. They get the job done!
