Hi Selina, I love the way you have improved the doctors office sitting area. The entire Dr's Office, the sitting area and the lobby has arranged and improved immensely.The entire area looks much larger, spacious and more comfortable. This improvement will be good setting for all patients as a whole. It gives everyone their own space and sense of privacy which they did not have before, while wating to see the doctor. I would leave a negative 10 star review if that was possible. My insurance referred me to VIPcare. I have been struggling with digestive issues and I needed to get to a doctor for that reason. While trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient with a young lady who had no idea how my insurance even works. A second lady picked up and in an angry tone asked me what medications I was currently taking.
