A very comprehensive new patient appointment with NP Ivy. Both my son and I felt that I was very well cared for. Highly recommended.
Dr Patellis and his staff are awesome!! I recommend VIP Care (Madison location) to ALL retirees.....
Please do not go to this office. If you do please do not complain. If you not like anything they do they will kick you out of the practice. While you are in the exam room they are so loud you will here them talking about you in the hall. My medical lab results came back bad but after the above complaints they kicked me out. The doctor will not listen to you when you are saying your concerns. Beware.
IF YOU HAVE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, THIS REVIEW IS FOR YOU. As of today, this practice is no longer accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield patients, they are only accepting Medicare/Medicaid. They are not going to let you know that you are about to get dropped. I had to find out by making an appointment today and having that appointment be canceled and then that appointment be remade and then that appointment be canceled again.
