This was my first visit to a new office/practitioner in many, many years. My PCP retired, forcing me to find someone new. My insurance broker, Oscar Sison, (who I've worked with for over 25 years) recommended Dr. Figueroa. He knew what I expected from a medical practice after having served as a Registered Nurse and the Administrator for a multi-site Family Practice group for 15 years. Dr Figueroa & staff provide exceptional and compassionate service to their patients. Dr Figueroa had been my Dr for many years and he made a great choice when he partnered with VIPCARE - love the waiting room decor. This office continues to exercise caution due to Covid 19 which is greatly appreciated. He treated my Mom for around 30 years and she trusted him implicitly! He took great care of her until her passing at age 98 & he continues to treat my husband & I. He has an exceptional team working with him!
My first visit was extremely pleasant, assistants Aldo & Anthony were perfect gentlemen, very kind & patient with all my questions. Thx. Dr Figueroa made me feel cared for from the start with all his questions to get to know me. I believe he will help me stay healthy. Thank you so much!!!
The best experience I ever had with any doctor. The staff is excellent, friendly.and very helpful. All of my questions were answered. Lastly, within 3 days of following Dr. Figueroa's orders and recommendations, I feel so much better. I am his new patient. Thank you!
