called two days and no call back from the doctor. So, I called again, and receptionist put me on hold and doctor still wouldn't talk to me. relayed message back to her. I guess she forgot their mission, or she thinks I'm not important.
Beware of this company! The doctors seems good but the worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. They demand you use only providers within their office group. Getting. Referrals is next to impossible. Paper work weeks old then blame you for EVERY issue!! Office manger is either under trained or incompetent.

They let their doctors sexually harass you and when you report it they drop you as a patient. If you care about your healthcare and safety go anywhere else

Terrible Doctor very irresponsible I will never recommend Doctor Frederiks she don't care about her patients the in the way a good doctor should. On June 2015 I moved from Upstate NY to Florida and on a recommendation from a friend on July of that year me and my wife started going to Doctor Frederiks office. Still cant get to talk to Dr Wagner.I have had some kimd of reaction over a pneumonia shot or tramadol given to me.Have had for 2 days now.Tried to reach the doctor and receptioists never gave message last time I tried to get help was threatened with police for harrassment.Frustrated as I am a new patient.The admin had said call next morning ask for Dr I did 3 times.Im feeling pretty bad but I guess my insurance either not good enough or Im not.The Dr is great but I never git ahold of her.I guess I have to ride it out.At lea... read more
