Just went in to get established as a new patient. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Front desk and nurses. I really enjoyed meeting with Dr Rainer and feel he will be a great PCP for me. Took time to sit with me and go over all my medical history and made me feel like we were a team with regard to keeping me as happy and healthy as possible.
I have been a patient for aprox 18 mths Dr Rainer takes the time to listen answer your questions and make you feel you are his top priority. Kaylee, Lucy and Brittney all go above and beyond to offer the best care you could ask for and are so kind and compassionate. Calls made to the office are always returned very promptly. The very best care from everyone.
Very happy and satisfied. Friendly, clean and very little wait time. As a new patient Dr. Rainer took his time and listened to all of my concerns and addressed all my issues. I'm very happy with my visit. I have recommended VIP to others today.
