I became a patient of Dr. Jose Llamas about four months ago, and my experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly review my prior medical records rather than rushing through appointments. He has been proactive in addressing every issue I brought forward, including arranging referrals to appropriate specialists when necessary. I would not even give 1 star but had to. The cardiologist ordered a test on 10/1/25. Today is 11/3/25 and the doctors office is saying they just got the request on 10/30. Second time this has happened. We had to reschedule a cardiac cath because they did not process the paperwork and continually blame the insurance.

While the receptionist I just spoke to was very professional and courteous (the reaosn for the 2 stars), I hung up without an appointment. I literraly researched Dr's for my mother in law for hours and landed on Dr. Oliver for her memory care of older patients. My MIL just moved here from out of State, she is on Florida Blue medicare which their website has listed as excepting but apparently they actually do NOT unless it is the Advantage program. I was seeing dr. Beth Oliver. Very poor bedside manner. Wouldn't listen to any of my concerns. Couldn't deal with her any more. Would not suggest her to anyone. Very poor experience
