Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I have visited Dr. Burman's office on July 24 and requested to arrange an appointment for my friend's 14yo son. We were advised by the receptionist to visit our family doctor and request them to send the referral letter to Dr. Burman's office for the boy. The receptionist wrote a note in her reception book about our request, including the full name and the contact details. Both of my children are patients at this pediatric office, and our experience has always been wonderful. Today, I brought in my other child for an urgent appointment, and they were able to see us right away. I am incredibly grateful for their quick response and care. We had a wonderful experience with VIP2 Care Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Burman and his wife and clinic staff are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They take the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming for families.
