Great place to deliver and install your tires from an online retailer. Their mounting and balancing rates are very affordable.
Excellent service and communication while car was at their shop. Justin was kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to help. All the employees were cordial and professional. Made a good choice by going there.
Contacted VIP about a seized lug bolt on my wheels. Spoke to Justin and he said "come on down, we'll see what we can do". I had previously been to Pep Boys and ETD and they were unable to get it loose. So, I had low expectations! I get to the shop and everyone there was welcoming and honest about a potentially negative outcome. Justin popped on a high powered impact wrench, put his shoulder into it, and low and behold.... it came off! They successfully removed the bolt and installed a new tire and TPMS I needed installed. I can’t recommend VIP Wheel and Tire enough. I came in stressed because it looked like someone had tried to steal a rim off my 2025 Honda Civic Sport, leaving me with missing lug nuts. I asked Justin if I could buy a set for just the one wheel, and he completely surprised me by giving them to me for free. He really didn't have to do that, but his kindness saved my day.
