Stay FAR away from VIP cameras. They are just rebranded Dahua with very very low standard warranty service. I work with NX witness milestone etc with minimum 50+ cameras per job. Decided to try these guys out and had a faulty ptz from the clearance outlet. Long story short they wouldn't swap it out. Just go straight to the manufacturer dahua.
