Super nice, clean place. Easy to schedule an appointment or to walk in. Nice people, vey professional stuff, they really care about their patients. I like Dr. Rabin Nikjoo, he is really knowledgeable and he likes what he does - helping sick people.
I was just there for some stitches. My second time there. I came back because the first time I came I was well taken care of. Both front office, nurses and Doctors were really nice and easy to talk too. I had a laceration to my head and had a great experience getting stitches. This is my go to Urgent Care for sure.
I waited an hour to see a doctor when they had literally no patients, and the doctor said he can’t do an IV because he doesn’t have a nurse today, what a waste of time
visited VIP Urgent Care (Ventura Blvd) for evaluation of a burn that had developed a new red streak extending away from the wound along with increasing tenderness. The streak had not been present the day before, which was concerning to me. The medical assistant who initially took my vitals looked at my arm and immediately stated that it looked infected.
