I called my insurance to give me a list of urgent care’s I can get served at and this was one of them. I came her bc it was highly rated The frustrating part is I scheduled an appointment hours before and submitted my insurance though their online registration link. Not sure why they couldn’t double check my insurance before arriving and call me that they don’t accept my insurance. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. The wait was just 30 minutes. I had a small blister. The doctor took care of the blister. They are very nice and efficient. I highly recommend this office.
I took my 93 year old mother to VIP Urgent Care and learned she had Covid. The nurse practitioner prescribed the medication to the pharmacy. The pharmacist did not release the medication due to lack of clear instructions. I called VIP Urgent Care office to request them contacting the pharmacy. Liz, the receptionist was SUPER RUDE indicating that she does not have time doing that as she is busy and hang up the phone on me! I called back and she did the same thing! I always go to see Dr. Nikjoo — he’s the one I trust. Recently I had to see him twice in one week, first for bloodwork and then for an abscess removal. I’ll admit, I “hate” him a little for that abscess procedure because it hurt (I’m a total crybaby )… but honestly, he saved my life by taking care of it. I’m so thankful for his skill, patience, and the care he provides every time. Even when I don’t want to go through something, I feel better knowing Dr. Nikjoo is the one helping me. Highly recommend him!
Absolutely rude old woman lady at front desk. Treatment that is just so horrible it makes you wonder why she even works there and is VERY dismissive disrespectful and discouraging.
