we used VIP transportation for rides to and from golf courses in the quad cities area. the communication was great, the prices were fair and the drivers were professional. we got rained out on one of the mornings so we had to adjust our pickup time, the VIP Transportation team were very accommodating in changing that and helping us out. i would definitely use them again.
We have used VIP Transportation two years in a row now for our holiday party. We have had 20-25 people each year and they have done an excellent job in all areas. Communication from the phone call all the way up to the event was always on point. The drivers are always overly accommodating. The size of the party bus is perfect for our group. This year was especially challenging with the record snow fall we had. Ron (the driver) was great! We will continue to use them for future events.
We used VIP Transportation's green trolley for transportation for our wedding in early November. The trolley was clean and added a perfect vintage touch to our day. VIP Transportation was great to work with. During the planning process, their team was responsive and easy to work with.
