Horrible customer service, I had a 12:00 alignment appointment and showed up at 11:55 to be completely ignored by Tony who came into the store from the garage and the phone began to ring, he stated just a minute as he answered the phone. Then after he hung up from the call instead of tending to the customer who was standing in front of him (me) he went onto the computer (for parts look up I assume), the phone rang again and he chose to answer that instead of tending the customer. Very rude customer service! After a bad experience with the mechanic, told cashier we would be submitting complaint to the head office. Did not want to discuss with them, was no point. Other guy behind counter got very rude, We were asked to leave and never returned, not that we would! The response was unwarranted and over the top!!
