AAA sent me to VIP for my flat tire on a Friday afternoon. As most of us do when our car isn’t working and it’s the weekend I panicked. Spoke with them on the phone and they were very helpful and we made a plan for Saturday morning. The plan changed, easy fix and I had my car back. While picking up I heard them talk through another person’s weekend angst with reassurance. I appreciate their willingness and ability to support with kindness. Robin
