I had an appointment for 2 flat repairs. After being there for 2 hours, I left with new air filters (which I appreciate them checking) but nothing was done to my tires. My pressure light was on the very next day and both tires were dangerously low. When I called to inquire, they suggested maybe I ran something over. They weren’t able to get me in despite having not addressed the problem in the first place. I purchased 4 brand new tires and an alignment...I received a message that my vehicle was ready for pickup 2 hours later. Upon arrival I was told that VIP couldn't do the alignment ["because Ford hadn't released the specs yet]. I then advised Mike & Josh... the time to tell me that is before you sell me tires, mount them and then fail to preform an alignment. What an absolute shameful and misleading practice of business. VIP is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. They work fast and are very fair with their pricing. I recently had my BMW X5 serviced there and I couldn’t be happier.
Went back to get belt changed and an oil change today. Belt was done and car sounds good. Make sure they reset the oil change percentage back to 100% so there's no misunderstanding. Had to make sure it was really done. Other that my SUV runs great. Thanks.
I completely enjoy going into VIP. They usually have my car done promptly and have worked with me when needing services. The staff are all great.

I had a great experience at VIP Windham. I went in for new tires and with the help of the very accommodating and knowledgeable staff I walked out with 4 new tires and a warranty under budget. It happened to be a free inspection day so I got my car inspected for free as well. They go above and beyond to meet all of your needs. They even entertained my children while we waited. I’m going in again today for a discounted oil change. I highly recommend them to anyone on a budget. You won’t be disappointed.
