They over charge what is quoted, also tell you stuff that is wrong with your vehicle that actually is not. They give you a time it would take to do the job (example 1.5, and they do 1/2 the work and take double the time)
Great customer service, people are very friendly and helpful. They not only tell you what work is needed but also show you and answer any questions.
