Lmaaoooo you guys suck I’ve asked 2 different occasions to get tires on a vehicle and the first time you told me “won’t be able to get you in until tomorrow” thennnn we call again the next day and you can’t get us in until next week? DUDE 🤣🤣🤣 you have 2 technicians, including yourself, VIP over where I live they took my walk in and had tires on within an hour. Way to represent guys!!! Disappointing!!!
Traveling from Ohio and 3 hrs from our destination, our vehicle started to stall. We were able to get to VIP and spoke with Derek who was able to find the problem, have the part, and have it installed within just over an hour. David was also such a great help getting us set up ASAP. We are now able to enjoy our vacation. Thank you so much guys!! ❤️❤️
I normally don’t write reviews, but after sitting in the waiting room for awhile (informed of wait) and listening to the receptionist behind the desk, I felt the need to write one. The young women (Jen?) who works for this location deserves a lot of praise for her customer service skills. Not only was she kind and clear with every phone call she took and customer who walked through the door, but her manners and ability to change her tone and demeanor with the elderly customers that came through the door is hard to find in em... read more
Really slow service if it wasn't that I was sitting beside the road with a flat and sent my wife to get one single tire mounted on a wheel took them over an hour I would never come here again if this is how long it takes for 1 tire that just needs to be mounted and that's it very poor service couldn't imagine how long it would take for 4 tires
