honest service I love VIP tires. I have taken several of our cars there for tires and rountine maintenance. They have always been quick, relaible and most importantly honest. When I had taken my car to another shop and was told the wheels needed to be aligned, and my brakes were about to wear out, VIP said the work was not needed for another 10,000 miles or more and the car was in align.
Fast Friendly Service I had a flat tire and we brought it over to VIP and received excellent service. I didn't have to wait for more than 1 hour in order for the tire to be fixed. The repair cost was affordable and I'd definitely go there again if necessary.
Good local service I usually take my car in to VIP for oil changes, tire rotations etc. because they are close by, and I usually don't have to wait too long. I appreciate that if the work takes more than half an hour or so, they will offer transportation home and back.
I've been bringing my cars here for 15 years, and they've always been honest, helpful, and professional. I've never had a problem with the work they've done. They always call me after they check the car to talk about what they've found before they perform any repairs. I have brought my car to VIP after getting huge estimates at the Hyundai dealership to get a second opinion from them, and they've saved me hundreds of dollars.
