Took car in today for window tint... smoothest process ever.... from friendly customer service to the quality of work.... Frank and his team are the best!!
I dropped off my truck and told them what tint percentage I wanted and left. When I picked up the truck the windows weren't dark enough. I explained to the guy what I was expecting, he informed me I didn't pick the right % tint. He told me to come back in an hour. They fix it just like that. No hassle, No BS, No questions. They fixed "my" mistake and made me a customer for life. I will always use VIP for my vehicles. Very impressed.
This is an excellent place. Very clean and friendly faces with smiles no matter how busy they got on a Saturday morning. Excellent customer service. Very detailed about the lifetime warranty. They got my car done very quick while I waited. The tint turned out amazing. I love it. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
