Customer service is horrible, they're suppose to be open at 9:30. I can actually see the guys walking around inside thru the window, but the front door is still locked and no one is answering the phone....problem is, it's 10:15. Will definitely try another place, as there's no reason to spend money at a business that can't acknowledge a potential customer. I work for a very well known car dealership and we have our customers tint their windows here if they request it and haven't heard one bad complaint. I personally had my BMW tinted here for $100 and it was almost perfect, a few small bubbles (only noticeable if you're looking for them). They picked up my car and had it back in 90 minutes. Would go anywhere else!
