I’v visited this place twice and both experiences were horrible. This establishment is located in a predominantly African-American neighborhood. During my first visit in June of this year, it was extremely hot outside. They had the AC off and the doors opened for the customers to get outside air. About 1/2 hour into my appointment, several white people came into the establishment for service. Stopped by for a mani/pedi and Victoria did a great job. Very relaxing and my nails look great.
