White SUV You are a bit paranoid sir. To notice a person in an SUV? Do you know how many people park in that parking lot? Wow, must have something to hide.
Acceptable I found the staff to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable with getting the knots out of sore and tight muscles. However, I was taken by surprise when a harassing woman in a White Nissan SUV was taking my and other customer's pictures upon entering and exiting VIP. I do not know what her motive was, but she appears to be "Stalking" patrons in the parking lot!!

Flabbergasted Showed up for my regular"Services" appt. Only to find an Exterminator in the premise. I said, whoahhh! Darn, I didn't get my Happy Ending.
