I have been going here for the last couple of years, and the service there is great, the guys are friendly and relaxed, which puts me at ease, and there is no pushy sales guy like most other places @mikeoxbig420 True!!!! Flori is difficult to understand!!!lmao
The customer service there was horrible. I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and I couldn't understand a word Flori was saying. The one man was commenting on his bowel movement as he exited the restroom. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I don't even think they even changed my oil now that I think about it. I actually love being treated this way and will for sure keep going back.
