Bought a home with Jan as our realtor. She never answered her phone and only called back after hours later. She wasn't knowledgeable and had no idea what was going on most days. She was very friendly with our sellers realtor almost like best friends. We were unable to negotiate terms because she wasn't willing. Her terms were discussed without us involved. The agency was nice and helpful she is not a agent whose been doing this for years. She did help us but acted like she'd rather be anywhere else.

This has to be the worst real estate agent I have ever worked with, Mike had almost zero knowledge on any of the properties he showed me. It was almost as if he could care less if the property was sold or not I personally don't understand how they are still in business with the lack of knowledge and education some of them have. Do yourself a favor find an agent in Rolla, they will put in the effort!
