We were extremely happy with the service from VIP Plumbing. It was a complex job, which became even more difficult as it progressed, though James and Rance were outstanding in the quality of their work and their communication with us. We will definitely use them again.
I had some roofing work completed by VIP PLUMBING GROUP over a year ago, and everything was great. However a year later we have noticed some leaks, I reached out to VIP PLUMBING GROUP again, they were quick to respond, came out promptly and repaired the issue without any hesitation, I truly appreciate their professionalism attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for any Roofing or Plumbing needs, it's rare to find somebody so reliable and committed to standing by the work
VIP Plumbing is one of the best commercial plumbers I've ever dealt with. Their honesty and upfront communication are truly commendable, and they always keep you informed every step of the way. I noticed that some people have mistakenly given negative reviews, likely confusing this business with another. However, if you've ever worked with the VIP Plumbing team, you know just how excellent their work is. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The plumber fixed the pool heater replacement by recall the heater today He was unprofessional manner, unrespect and upsetting to my deaf partner and our 3 dogs. He wanted paid full before work started and He did only small job for $539 plus he get full paid from recalls on top of that. Very disappointing. Never hire him or VIP plumbing. Shame on them!!
