Had a leak in my restroom upstairs that was doing damage to my walls and downstairs restroom as well. VIP came out fast, explained what was going on and showed me the damage inside the walls. They took care of the problem and updated my whole restroom in the process. They did an amazing job! I love, love, love the new look it's now my favorite room in the whole house. We will definitely use them again!

Saturday morning my wife informed me that our heater was not working, I knew that was a big problem because we were having a holiday party later that evening. I called VIP plumbing because I knew Oscar, he had helped us out about six years ago with the same heater (different issue) and he got it to work then, so I figured maybe again now. Jesus came to give us a quote for returning heat to our 11 month old daughters bedroom. He was very nice and gave us a quote promising to return the following Saturday. We did not receive a confirmation phone call on Friday and No call No show on Saturday. I will not call this company again for my HVAC issues.

Made an appointment with VIP. Office person was friendly and thorough verifying information. No show. No call. Suggest using another company.
