It was confusing at first what to do when I arrived because there weren't any directional signs. There were lots of people with dogs, but no one stuck out as the contact. I did receive a text letting me know I had a reservation, so I hung around and just when I found the check-in person, I got the text that I was next. The services performed were done quickly. I had asked for a nail clipping, but it wasn't recorded, so I'm glad the tech asked me if I wanted it done.

terrible! Will not go back to that clinic. If I schedule another visit and the same staff are present, I will leave! The rep that was helping me was arguing with me. I was charged $155, and I asked that staff member that I need the intestinal parasite test screening. He said it was extra, "WHY?". What I was charged, the parasite test screening comes with it. The staff was so amazing and accommodating of my dogs. They were patient and kind. I was very impressed and grateful yo them creating a streas free environment for my dogs and for us.

The visit to VIP Petcare with my dog, Justice, was very smooth and there were no issues. The workers were welcoming and very professional. They took great care of Justice and were as gentle as possible.
