VIP Pet in Waukegan- So unorganized, why have you register online if they still make you wait over 45min, once you get the text that they are ready for you they tell you to wait online again, a line mixed with 15 people that just walked in not registered with people that received a text that they were ready for them? I find this absurd I arrived at 5:30pm and didn’t leave till about 8pm You should consider appointments or first come first serve basis
Service was great once you were in line the wait was a little long but moved quickly after . The person registering was very good and knowledgeable about services. Very friendly. The vet was patient and quick friendly. One thing is I thought I would have saved more going this route but I ended up paying just as much

VIP petcare are at the grayslake, il. pet supplies plus. The staff very rude. Talks very snappy. Don’t trust them with your animals bc if staff feels comfortable to talk nasty. How can u trust them to take care of you pet. Extremely disappointed. I like the staff that comes to TSC in Antioch better.
