Very efficient, affordable, & easy! I pre-registered & had only 1 person ahead of me. The Dr. was kind & compassionate as were all the staff. My Nashville was happy to be in & out fast. Thank you for the care!
VIP pet care used to be amazing, outside of the box customer re service and pricing. This is no longer the case I took the time to make a reservation go to the location, wait in line only to be told there was no vet on the premises they could only give me one months worth of medication for heartworm a.k.a. one pill and then I would need to go through the whole process again what a waste of time! How do you run a pet care business without a veterinarian on the premises?
I’m extremely happy with the care that I received for my cat. The vet is very caring and took the time to address all of my concerns. I would highly recommend them!
