Really quick and easy visit. The care team was so loving to my pup.
The checkin process keeps changing. Waited an hour to be first in line. They used the signup method this time. The signup method does not tell you your place in line so you still are left guessing what time to show up. What a waste of my time. Then theres absolutely NO CELL COVERAGE at the location and they text you your place in line. Forcing you to sit outside! I sure wish my vet cut the dog sad nails. If pay more!
My dog is very fearful of nail trimming. It was amazing to see how they really care about the animals. My dog did great.
I would feel more comfortable with the visit if the vet actually spoke to me and discussed the meds or the overall state of my dog.
Wonderful, caring staff. Great experience for my cat and me!
