The care by the vet is excellent - the queueing system is really not working though. I booked and came in at 11:00 on the dot. I was told that I'd have a long wait so to perhaps sit in the car or walk around the store. I sat in my car until I was informed that it was time for me to return. Of course now there was a long line of people and I just had to get on the end wait like everyone else. Dr. and assistant didn't talk much. They didn't talk to my cat. It felt cold interaction. The store employees were kind and personal. Don't think I'll return.
