Vet tech Sara was so kind and patient in explaining everything about the services for our kitten. Bizco didn't feel a thing and came home happy and healthy!
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only problem was I never received the test results promised by end of the day Saturday. Miss.piggy( my kitten) had kitten package #1
Needed a couple of shots for my 9 month old Pom. Staff was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely return in the future for annual shots.
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful at the Alameda location! I really enjoyed the customer service, and I will definitely bring Dior back! Thank you all for what you do!
