Staff was very caring and sweet with my pet. They provided me with great information.
The staff were very professional, friendly and informative.
My dog will absolutely not let me clip his nails, so I take him to the VIP Petcare center at Pet Food Express in Alameda. This location has more regular hours than other Pet Food Express stores and a designated vet clinic area in the corner of the store. The vet techs are kind and patient and do a great job; they even let me stand next to the procedure table so I can talk to my dog while they trim his nails and they give him treats to make the whole ordeal less traumatic.
