The renovations have affected the quality of services. My dog was not weighed, his vitals were not checked, nor did I get a cover summary sheet with said information which I always keep.
this place is horrible. can't get a hold of a person. i have been on hold for more than 30 minutes to get my pets medical records. this is insane. on my second phone call.
Like that you can register ahead of time.
I love the text when ready service! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from receiving my “ready to be seen” text message. The veterinarian and tech were very knowledgeable and efficient. I will be returning with my dog for future vaccines. Thank you
